Jack Elwood has a piece of desert land to sell. When he gets a call from a buyer, who asks that he pick her up to go and see it, Jack decides to take his 14 year old granddaughter along for the ride. It is a decision he will deeply regret. A pleasant day trip to the desert becomes a horrifying nightmare that begins promptly at noon.
